How do I get my own voice mail number?

As soon as your payment has been confirmed an email confirmation will arrive in your email inbox with login information that will permit you to download the order form and obtain your own voice mail number.

What if I’m not very internet savvy?

We have a list of simple steps to follow to get set up. We also have numerous audio library recordings you can listen to so that training yourself on the “ins and outs” of the system will be a breeze!

How do I get my own ID # in the program?

You’ll receive that by email next day delivery as soon as your order is processed.

How do I set up my voice mail to ring into my phone line of choice?

It is easy to do from your voice mail back office. You will be able to specifiy several different phones and the system will rollover again and again until it finds you. If you simply don’t pick up, the system will take a voice mail from the inbound caller and notify you by email.

Do you offer ongoing support ?

Yes. We will be hosting Q & A calls regularly and loading all the calls into a pre-recorded format for you to listen to. We’ll also be sending you email training support, of course!

What other investments should I be prepared to make?
